Below is a message from APLA's Conference Committee following feedback we
received from last week's survey.

*Good afternoon,*

*On behalf of the APLA 2022 Conference Committee, I wish to inform members
that this year's APLA 2022 Conference will once again be virtual. Although
we would all love to meet in person, given the current uncertain
circumstances with the rise of the Omicron variant, in conjunction with
member feedback, we believe that the virtual option presents the safest and
preferred conference format at this time.*

*We would like to thank you all for your survey participation (well over
one hundred responses). We felt this was the best way to measure the
general feelings of potential conference attendees. The information we
gathered with the survey was very helpful and it allows the Conference
Committee to be confident that we are making the right choice.*

*We look forward to sharing all the details of the Conference with you in
the upcoming months!*

*Kind regards,*

*Krystal Dionne*
*APLA 2022 Conference Committee Chair*

*Marc Harper*
