At all times, but especially now, it’s important to source quality information to answer patrons’ health-related information questions.

With that in mind, Nova Scotia Provincial Library has partnered with staff from Nova Scotia Health - Library Services and IWK Health – Library Services to offer a 3-session webinar series to introduce library staff to some consumer health resources: the collection of health-related pamphlets produced by Nova Scotia Health – Library Services and IWK Health – Library Services; MedlinePlus, PubMed Central & the My COVID Recovery guide; and the Cochrane Library.  (If you’ve already got some experience with the resources, the series can be a good refresher.)

This ‘lunch & learn’-type series launches on November 4 @ 12:00 p.m., and you can attend one or all of the sessions. See the attached posters for more information.

We hope to see you on November 4!
