This is a reminder that we have *extended the deadline to submit your
application* to present at our Virtual Conference this coming *May 26, 2021
– June 4, 2021*.

The *NEW* deadline for proposal submissions is *Monday, January 25, 2021.* Once
received, your proposal will be reviewed by the CALL/ACBD 2021 Virtual
Conference planning committee. You will be notified by *Friday, February
12, 2021* if your proposal has been accepted.

This year’s theme is “Legal Information: Outside the Box”. We plan to
address how legal information professionals go beyond, capitalizing on our
expertise to innovate, rebuild, and address unprecedented challenges.

Your session proposal should focus on one of the below sub-themes:

   - Services & Technology – Monday, May 31, 2021
   - Data & Legal Information – Tuesday, June 1, 2021
   - History Meets Innovation – Wednesday, June 2, 2021
   - Social Justice – Thursday, June 3, 2021
   - Resilience & Reinvention – Friday, June 4, 2021

Additionally, please ensure you are submitting for one of three below
formats:

   - 45-minute plenary presentation
   - Poster Presentation (Students and New Professionals)
   - 7-minute lightning talk

Ce message est pour vous rappeler que nous avons *reporté la date limite
pour soumettre votre proposition* en vue de livrer une présentation lors de
notre Congrès virtuel, qui aura lieu *du 26 mai au 4 juin 2021*.

Ainsi, la *NOUVELLE* date limite est *le lundi 25 janvier 2021*. Une fois
reçue, votre proposition sera examinée par le comité de planification du
Congrès virtuel 2021 de CALL/ACBD. Nous vous aviserons si votre proposition
a été retenue au plus tard *le vendredi 12 février 2021*.

Cette année, le congrès a pour thème « Information juridique : penser
autrement » . Nous nous pencherons sur les façons dont les professionnels
de l’information juridique explorent des avenues différentes en misant sur
leur expertise pour innover, rebâtir et relever des défis sans précédent.

Votre proposition doit être axée sur l’un des sous-thèmes suivants :

   - Services et technologies – lundi 31 mai 2021
   - Données et informations juridiques – mardi 1er juin 2021
   - Histoire et innovation – mercredi 2 juin 2021
   - Justice sociale – jeudi 3 juin 2021
   - Résilience et réinvention – vendredi 4 juin 2021

Assurez-vous également que la session proposée corresponde à l’un des trois
formats suivants :

   - Présentation plénière de 45 minutes
   - Présentation par affiche  (étudiants et nouveaux professionnels)
