The Advancing Racial Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Symposium, hosted by the Denver Public Library, provided an engaging and safe virtual space to discuss this topic within libraries. Topics included self-care methods, how to begin supporting our BIPOC staff, evaluation practices, and more.
