Halifax Library Association invites you to join us for a historically spooky ghost tour at Citadel Hill, followed by a visit to Gahan House's new location in the Halifax Convention Centre. Friday September 20th, 2019 Please arrive at Citadel Hill at 6:25 pm for a 6:30 PM tour. It will be approximately 70 minutes long.
