settings. In this webinar we will use personal experience and research to explore imposter syndrome through the lens of library professionals. So what’s to blame? We’ll talk about competition in the job market, burnout rates, social media and the need for

Richard Moniz and Martin House; and the “Mindfulness and Self Compassion” course offered at the University of Toronto. Mindfulness and meditation can offer effective ways to cope with stress in the workplace and your personal life and many professionals are
using this as means to support themselves in difficult situations.
