For many years the Canadian Library Association (CLA) has administered the Library Shipping Tool for libraries across Canada. This tool provided libraries across Canada access to affordable shipping rates. As a result of CLA's pending dissolution, it will no longer be administering this tool however we are delighted to share with you that the new administrator of this tool will be the Canadian Urban Libraries Council (CULC).  CLA has been working with CULC to ensure that existing customer needs are met. More information will be provided through CULC on this transition.

In the interim, CULC invites you to update your contact information by clicking the survey link

P lease take a few moments to complete this in order to assist with the transition and ensure that CULC has accurate information for your institution.

On January 27, 2016 the CLA membership voted to dissolve the organization and support the creation of a new unified national library advocacy organization, the Canadian Federation of Library Associations/Fédération canadienne des associations de bibliothèques (CFLA/FCAB). Since then CLA has been preparing for dissolution and to close its doors towards the end of June 2016.

We thank you for your patience as we move through this transition. Do not hesitate to reach out to us at [log in to unmask] should you have any questions.
