A Description of the Survey

We are information services librarians at Memorial University, and we are conducting a survey of library services for English as a Second Language (ESL) and international students at Canadian Universities.  This is a follow-up to a shorter survey that was sent out in 2013.  If you filled in the 2013 survey, please consider participating again.

The purpose of this survey is to collect data about the kinds of academic library services that are offered to ESL and international students across Canada. We would appreciate your assistance in helping us gain a fuller understanding of how ESL and international students are served across the country.

Please take 5-10 minutes to answer the following survey questions about services for ESL and international students at your campus library.  Most of these questions are multiple choice, with a few short answer.  If you filled in the last survey, please consider participating again.  Even if your library does not offer special services for either these student groups, please consider participating in the relevant sections of the survey.
