Happy New Year!
I am seeking good examples of innovative research support services. These would be services that directly engage with the client such as reference, in-depth research, and information consulting but offered in new models or structures. One example might be the University of Melbourne's award winning Law Research Service for faculty. My context is academic libraries but I would be interested in examples from diverse contexts including government, business and industry. What service have you encountered that makes you say "wow"?
Thanks,
David
