I am still receiving ballots from all over (Hooray). If you have not sent yours to me please do so ASAP, because I will draw for the winner on November 28. I will then contact the winner's library so that they in turn can contact the winner.
 
I will then send the prize to the winner's library so that they may award it themselves.
