Dear APLA Members:

 

In advance of the APLA 2013 Conference in Charlottetown, PEI, please find attached a pdf file containing the 74th OGM’s agenda, 2012 draft minutes and officer/committee reports. We ask that you bring this set of documents to the meeting as only a few copies will be provided. Also attached is the APLA Member Proxy Form. If any APLA member is unable to attend this year’s OGM, please take some time to appoint another APLA member as your proxy who will vote on your behalf at the meetings.

Ordinary General Meeting Part 2 Fri., May 17th 12:30-1:30 pm Room 243 (a pizza lunch will be served beforehand in the Exhibit Hall at Noon)

 

Pre-Resolutions Meeting

Fri, May 17th 8:00-9:00 am Room 242
