The Canadian Library Association has issued a statement expressing disappointment that Access Copyright has chosen to file a lawsuit against York University, as well as filing tariffs for the K-12 sector and the post-secondary sector with the Copyright Board. CLA urges Access Copyright to abandon their lawsuit against York University.
