Please find attached a copy of a letter from Lou Duggan, APLA President, to Clyde Jackman, NL Education Minister, expressing APLA’s concern about recent cuts to the budget of the Public Libraries. These cuts have resulted in the layoff of librarians and library assistants and technicians.
