Hi Folks, (And sorry for cross postings) As some of you may know I am part of a project in western Nova Scotia that is involved in fostering a better understanding of how the social determinants impact on our health. We run a blog as part of this project and this past month we've run a theme asking different contributors about poverty and how it impacts on their work. Our latest contributor is Sara Gillis from Halifax Public Libraries, who generous devoted sometime and wonderful words to our blog posting about her perspectives on poverty from where she is as a practitioner working in a public library setting.
