ED672: School and Community Libraries for 21st Century Learning
This
course explores the theoretical underpinnings of information and
digital literacies and how they are developed within school and local
library programs. Participants examine research supporting the
guided inquiry process, problem-based learning, and the effective use of
digital and traditional learning resources, as well as how
teacher-librarians, classroom teachers and community members collaborate
to design and implement effective multi-literacies instruction.
