Librarians Without Borders Needs You! Vote to Win $15K Grant for Haiti Library
LWB is shortlisted to win a Better World Books $15,000K literacy grant to build and develop a school library in Limbe, Haiti. Working with our local Haitian partner, we've been looking for funding to make this happen for 1/2 year.  Now it all comes down to a vote via Facebook!

Dalhousie MLIS students and alumni have been involved with this wonderful organization since 2010. All members are volunteers working with very limited budgets, and $15,000 would make an unbelievable difference to us.
APLA members: we need you to vote daily up to June 25 and to share word of this via through the library world and your networks. And guess what? On Tuesday we'll pay it forward: one lucky voter will get $25 in KIVA credits for the micro-finance of their choice.
