The theme of the Saskatchewan Library Association’s 2012 conference is Celebrating our Past, Embracing our Future.  The conference will be held in Regina from May 3 to 5. The full conference program and a registration form are available on the SLA website at www.saskla.ca

This year’s conference theme invites us to build on the strengths of our past to chart a vibrant future for libraries in Saskatchewan.  We have put together a great program featuring a wide range of sessions of interest to all sectors of Saskatchewan’s library community.  And we are confident that the Mary Donaldson Memorial Keynote Lecture by best-selling Prince Albert author Mary-Ann Kirkby will entertain and inspire.

I look forward to meeting you at the conference and to talking with you about how SLA can serve librarians and libraries in Saskatchewan .
