With Duane Brown

Join our Online Community for an Interactive Learning Experience, from the comfort of your home or office!

How do you use social media successfully to drive interaction and build a community? The topic of this seminar will start with this very question in mind. There is a good chance you've heard of Twitter, YouTube, Facebook and maybe even Sticky Bits and Hot Potato. But do you know how to use them to their (and your) utmost potential?

You will leave this seminar with an integrated, and more holistic view of how the Internet is changing and how your library can harness its potential for community building. This knowledge will be used to reach a wider audience and improve community engagement with your customers and potential users.

Key Topics to be Explored:

  • What’s a social media strategy and how do you build one?
  • Strategies for success when heading online.
  • Further resources for engaging community.
