Monitors and evaluates the efficiency and effectiveness of the team against established objectives and deliverables. Selects, evaluates, and edits information products for the current awareness services and for research projects pertaining to Agency program areas. Provides comprehensive and complex research services to Canada Revenue Agency staff in the fields of taxation, business, finance, industry and law. Develops and applies measures of service/product usage, client satisfaction and impact, emerging needs and gaps using market research tools, such as surveys, interviews, focus groups. Coordinates a client training program in information retrieval techniques and research methodology, and advises clients on emerging tools and research trends. Experience 1. Significant* experience in supervising employees including performance evaluation, staff relations management, problem solving and staff development through training and coaching. 2.
