Integrating the Community-Led Service Model--Shifting Branch and Service Development
with Ken Williment and Tracey Jones-Grant – 1 hour Audio Conference
Since 2004, Halifax Public Libraries has had the unique opportunity to explore, develop, and implement innovative approaches to working with communities. This presentation will provide examples of how community-led work can be implemented within a library system.
Ken Williment is the Community Development Manager at
Halifax Public Libraries. He works closely with branch and service managers to
integrate community-led approaches within library staff work. Tracey
Jones-Grant is the Diversity Services Manager at Halifax Public Libraries
