Colleagues:  it is my great pleasure to submit two attachments which together provide information relating to the next two Northern Exposure to Leadership Institutes.  Please note some changes in approach as we are recruiting at this time for both the 2010 (December 2-7) and 2011 institutes (latter part of the year), and in addition and in response to success and demand, we will be increasing modestly our numbers of accepted participants.
