Simultaneously, a partnering agreement with CISTI went into effect which provides for all library support services to be supplied to the Department by them. A small professional staff remains on site to provide reference and research support services and to offer training on electronic library resources. As a result of these changes, traditional interlibrary loan services have been suspended. The HC Library does not provide this service to either its internal or external clients, and now relies on Infotrieve's Content SCM to fill outgoing employee requests. As the HC Library is no longer in a position to offer lending services to other libraries, its collections are, therefore, closed to external users. Please direct your interlibrary loan requests to other sources. Marty Lovelock Chief, Health Canada Library Health Canada Veuillez prendre note que, depuis le 1er avril, 2010, la Bibliothèque ministèrielle et la Bibliothèque scientifique de Santé Canada ont été amalgamées afin de créer une entité d’ensemble nommée La Bibliothèque Santé Canada. Au même moment, un accord de partenariat avec l'ICIST a pris effet; cet accord permet à l'ICIST de fournir tous les services de soutien de bibliothèque au ministère. Un petit corps professionnel reste à Santé Canada pour offrir des services de référence, de recherche et de formation sur les ressources bibliographiques électroniques au personnel ministériel. À la suite de tels changements, les services traditionnels de prêt entre-bibliothèque ont été suspendus. La Bibliothèque SC ne fournit pas ce service ni au personnel du ministère, ni aux clients externes, mais compte sur ContentSCM d’Infotrieve pour satisfaire les demandes des employés. Comme la Bibliothèque ne peut plus offrir des services aux autres bibliothè ques, ses collections sont, par conséquent, fermées aux usagers externes. Veuillez faire suivre vos demandes de prêt entre-bibliothèque à d’autres sources de documentation.
