Notice of Ordinary General Meeting

In accordance with our Articles of Association, your APLA Executive is sending out notification that the Ordinary General Meeting (OGM) will be held during the APLA conference in Halifax, NS on Thursday, June 11, 2009 - 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. (Part 1), and Saturday, June 13, 2009 - 9:30 - 11:00 a.m. (Part 2). There will be a pre-resolutions meeting Friday, June 12, 2009 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Please check the conference program for meeting locations.

There will be some copies of documents available at the meeting but in the interest of trees and the environment, please see your APLA Pre-Conference Bulletin and the attachments below.
