Hello,

 

I am trying to find literature on how e-learning changes the educator's role in the classroom. I have been finding a lot on how e-learning impacts the learners but nothing on the educators. Is there anyone that can speak on how e-learning has changed their roles? Any literature you could direct me to?

When I speak of e-learning, I am talking more to going from teaching in front of a class to teaching via online.
