In accordance with our Articles of Association, your APLA Executive is sending out notification that the Ordinary General Meeting (OGM) will be held during the APLA conference in Halifax, NS on Thursday, June 11, 2009 - 5:00 - 7:00 p.m. (Part 1), and Saturday, June 13, 2009 - 9:30 - 11:00 a.m. (Part 2).  There will be a pre-resolutions meeting Friday, June 12,  2009 from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m.  Please check the conference program for meeting locations. 

Attached is also the draft OGM agenda for your information. Also attached are the minutes of the 69^th OGM held in Charlottetown and a set of meeting rules to serve as a guide for the OGM.

Your APLA Executive extends a warm invitation to all APLA members to attend the meetings!
