Retirement, recruitment, retention - could you use help in this area?
Successful organizational renewal depends on negotiating - both
implicitly and explicitly - the needs and desires of both incoming and
outgoing staff, as well as those who are staying!. Impose a unilateral
plan, and you run the risk of endless cycles of recruiting due to
limited retention.
