This issue has caught the attention of many groups including library associations, like CLA. CLA passed a resolution in support of Net Neutrality last spring at its AGM:

The APLA Executive sent a letter encouraging the CRTC “to take a strong role in preserving the neutrality of service provision on the Internet by ensuring that no Internet traffic management practices impinge on Canadians' fundamental right to have access to all expressions of knowledge, creativity and intellectual activity.”

The APLA Executive also encourages APLA members to learn more about this issue.

Thanks, Su
