=============================================

Interest groups are those members bound together by a common interest in
a particular area of expertise. The purpose of the interest group is to
provide a forum for information exchange within a limited area of
interest and to make recommendations as appropriate to the Association
on matters of wider interest relating to the area of expertise.
Normally, the interest group will be composed of a convener and
corresponding members from each province. Any six members of the
Association may establish an interest group by petitioning the Committee
on Committees and Interest Groups. The Executive may dissolve interest
groups upon recommendation by the Committee on Committees and Interest
Groups.

Those interested can review the responsibilities of Conveners on page
