Hi everyone, As a follow up to my report during the OGM meeting in May, I would like to announce that on June 10 we received notification that the Young Canada Works Grant Application for the digitization of the Archives was successful. By the end of the summer we should have all of the APLA Bulletins available online, as well as other useful historical documents such as the OGM Minutes and the Executive Council Minutes. Currently we have 72 issues of the APLA Bulletin available at http://openarchive.acadiau.ca/cdm4/browse.php?CISOROOT=%2FAPLA. Documents are all in pdf format and are somewhat fulltext searchable. Please note, that even though the documents have all been OCRed, because of the typewriter fonts and the condition of the older material, the OCR did not pick up everything.
