A Great BIG Thank you to all the members of APLA who helped in so many ways with last weeks conference. The major thing we wanted was APLA visibility. We handed picked some APLA members of the Local Arrangements Committee and they did a superb job but also a great deal of thanks needs to go to the many volunteers who they were able to get to help in so many ways. I received many positive comments about the APLA keynote and the banquet and dance and although I accepted all the thanks on their behalf, the keynote and band were actually suggestions from our members on the Local Arrangements Committee so they deserve the praise for that. So to all APLA members who worked so hard and for those who attended the conference, our presence was felt and the results of your hard labor paid of and hopefully it was a rewarding experience for you.
