Forgive duplication ***Calling all Children's/Young Adult literature Enthusiasts!*** The Dalhousie University Chapter of the Canadian Library Association is pleased to present Young At Heart: An Evening to Celebrate Children's and Young Adult Literature, featuring authors Budge Wilson, Vicki Grant and School of Information Management (SIM) faculty member Vivian Howard. This event is a fundraiser for SIM's Children's and Young Adult Working Collection. This Collection is integral to the Children and Youth Services courses offered at SIM, and we are looking to raise funds and collect materials to update this important student resource. Gather with us: Thursday, October 26th at 7pm Executive Training Suite 3rd Floor Kenneth Rowe Building, 6100 University Ave. (across from the Rebecca Cohn) Admission $10 (students $5) In lieu of admission, visit Woozles and buy a book off one of our Wish Lists (mention Dalhousie Fundraiser) Food/refreshment and mingling to follow Student work will be on display Woozles on hand for some early Christmas shopping RSVP welcomed, but certainly not necessary.
