Financial Management for Information Projects

Here are tools and strategies for understanding the general principles
of financial management of information projects and organizations, and
for developing methods and techniques for creating, analyzing and
monitoring budgets and financial projections.

About The Presenter... 

John Latham is the Director of the Information Center at the Special
Libraries Association in Virginia, USA, and an Adjunct Faculty at the
University of Maryland, where he recently gave a course, "Financial
Management of Information Projects" for the Masters in Information
Management degree program. 

He is a graduate of The Catholic University of America with a Masters in
Library and Information Science and MA in History, and worked as a
Chartered Accountant (UK equivalent of a US CPA) in UK for 27 years
ending his accountancy career as Managing Partner of a large provincial
firm of Chartered Accountants in Norfolk, England. He was President of
the Norfolk & Norwich Society of Chartered Accountants in 1988. 

A certificate will be provided upon completion of this course.
