The APLA website gives the deadline as 31 March 2006, not 15 March 2006.
Which date is correct?

Thank you.

Subject: [APLA] Apply for the APLA Memorial Award!

It's that time of year to start thinking about the APLA Memorial Award!

This year's award committee would like to help fund your research
project or professional development opportunity! We invite all members
to submit an application, and welcome submissions from all previous
applicants and winners to date. Up to $1,000 will be awarded.

Applications should demonstrate how your idea will contribute to the
development of your career and at the same time benefit the library
profession. Examples of recently funded APLA Memorial Award projects
include:

-Studying school housed libraries in Newfoundland and Labrador
-Investigating electronic resource management in academic teaching and
research environments
-Exploring the attitudes and teaching methods of academic instruction
librarians in the Atlantic region
-Surveying the continuing education needs and practices of library
workers
-Researching the history of literary awards in Canada
-Participating in the Library of Congress Serials Cataloguing
Cooperative Training Program

Interested applicants should send (preferably by email) a letter
outlining your proposal, a current curriculum vitae, and estimated costs
of your project by March 15, 2006 to:
