The School of Information Management at Dalhousie University is pleased to
announce a limited number of continuing education openings for modules in the
online course Users and Services. These modules are relevant for those working
in any information setting including libraries, archives and museums. Details
of module topics are available on the School?s website at
http://sim.management.dal.ca/Continuing_Education/Online_Modules.php.

Participants may enroll in one of three modules and will receive a certificate
of participation upon completion of each module. Available modules are:
Community analysis: Data collection, surveys and focus groups (January
19-February 2), Programming (February 9-February 23) and Services for distant
and online users (March 9-March 23).

Fees for each module are $60.00 and cover a course pack of readings, a related
exercise and access to the class website, in addition to the online discussion
of specific user groups. If registering for two or more modules the fee is
$50.00.
