What if I am not going to the NSLA/LBANS Conference?
If can’t make it to the conference but would still like to place an order, ask a colleague or friend who is attending to pick up your order for you!

What projects will be funded?
The Grow a Library Committee will be meeting at the Conference to decide what project we will be supporting this year and will report back to the membership very soon!
What inspired this initiative?
The Grow a Library Project was inspired by Steven Lewis's Keynote Presentation at the Ontario Library Association Conference in 2005. This initiative is a means for APLA members to identify and fund a broad range of projects related to improving library services around the world. Projects may include building community libraries in conjunction with international aid organizations, librarian training, buying books, and research. With your help the possibilities are endless!
