Canada Post is changing how libraries will be required to produce
shipping labels and pay for postage for packages shipped via the Library
Mail Rate (Library Book Rate).

The new process will involve an on-line order entry system. Canada Post
needs a few volunteers to validate and suggest enhancements to its
