PURPOSE

To give small and rural libraries in particular a simple marketing tool
that works.

THE PHILOSOPHY

That all libraries, regardless of size, need to pay attention to what
their stakeholders want and need, and change when necessary to meet
those needs. This insures relevance and thus survival.

THE PROCESS

A 5-part marketing plan with explanatory notes will be sent to you
electronically. Pat will then spend an hour with you on the phone to
explain how and why it works and how best to use it.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN
EUR That people do things for their reasons, not yours.
EUR That people pay attention to the things that they love and
value, not the things that you love and value.
EUR How to tell people what they need to hear, not what you want
them to know.
EUR How to spend your time on something that works, not your
money on something that doesn't.

FEES

 Member: $48.00 + GST
 Non-Member: $68.00 + GST
No limit on listeners per location. Includes all bridging and long
distance costs.
