presented by Dr. Norman Horrocks.
Dr Norman Horrocks, Emeritus Professor, School of Library and Information Studies, Dalhousie University, is an Editorial Consultant for Scarecrow Press, Lanham,MD, and a Contributing Editor for "Library Journal", New York. He has worked in England, Cyprus, Australia, the U.S., Jamaica and Canada. From 1945-48 he served in the British Army's Intelligence Corps in the United Kingdom and the Middle East providing material for the code-breakers at Bletchley Park and its successors. A Life Member of the Intelligence Corps Association his chapter on "Spies of the Airwaves" is scheduled to be published by Information Today Inc., in the Summer of 2005 as one of a collection of essays connecting intelligence service with librarians and information scientists.
