Whether you're new to the field or a seasoned professional, this
jam-packed session will help you focus on how you can use career savvy
skills to enhance your professional growth. It is appropriate for those
seeking employment in the field, those in the early stages of their
career, as well as those who have been in the field a number of years
and wish to stretch themselves toward advancement and/or growth. If

Instructor Biography

 Caitlin Williams, President of Successful Working Women Inc. and Work
Matters, Ohio. Caitlin holds a doctoral degree in counseling psychology
from Kent State University and she has been in the field of career
development for over twenty years. Caitlin designs and delivers career
and professional development for business, industry, education and
professional services organizations across the US and Canada. She has
done numerous sessions at OLA's Super Conferences in the past. Caitlin's
areas of expertise and interest include women's career development,
future trends in the workplace and boomer lifestyle issues. Over the
last ten years, Caitlin has researched the factors that help women
succeed in the workplace in healthy ways. From her research, she has
developed a popular teaching model, and her book, based on this work,
The Successful Woman's Guide to Working Smart; Ten Strengths That Matter
Most, was published by Davies-Black in September 2001.
