This course is designed for those who have recently moved into a managerial position or will be during the next 3-6 months, who want a few key strategies for starting off and staying on the right track. All new managers should invest the time in full-day intensive learning events, but these sessions offer an easy way to cover the basics until time allows for out-of-the-office training.

Knowing how busy new managers are, the benefit of this course is that participants can participate from their desks for 1 hour during the 1st week and the 3rd week, and, during the 2nd week can work at their own pace with e-mail and/or phone guidance.
