This one hour session is a program of the Education Institute, a BCLA-LAA-OLA-SLA Partnership. The instructor is Darlene Fichter, Library Data Coordinator, University of Saskatchewan Library and owner of the web consulting company, Northern Lights Internet Solutions Ltd. In this session she will discuss the state of the art of blogging including how blogs can produce instant content for your Web site, market libraries and library services, and provide technology for knowledge exchange within your own organization. This session will be of interest to reference librarians, instructional librarians, distance education coordinators, collection development librarians, public relations and library program staff, library assistants and anyone interested in the easy ways to publish content on the web.
