McOrmond, on a new Canadian initiative at the University of Ottawa that
might be of interest:

"The Canadian Internet Policy and Public Interest Clinic (CIPPIC) was
established at the University of Ottawa, Faculty of Law in the fall of
2003.  It is the first legal clinic of its kind in Canada."

"The development of a Canadian Creative Commons license is aimed at
facilitating the development of online resources to enable creators to
better understand and manage their digital rights in Canada."
