Duties
Current Assignment:
Access Services Internal
(Circulation)
·
carry out a variety of service and processing tasks
in the Access Services Unit
·
provide services using complex computer
systems, specifically SIRSI
·
may work on project teams
·
in addition, may carry out other responsibilities as
required
·
will work primarily the evening shift on Friday and
Saturday, and the day shift on Sunday
Qualifications
·
Library Technician Diploma preferred; a
combination of related training and work experience may be
considered
·
Bachelor Degree an asset
·
strong communication and interpersonal skills with
a demonstrated ability to work within a collaborative environment
·
proven experience with microcomputer
applications
·
able to work flexible hours which may include
evenings, weekends, and holidays
