The achievement may be reflected in the form of publication of > significant professional literature; initiatives and active roles in > promoting and participating in library resource sharing activities; and/or > innovative approaches or programs to technically or financially facilitate > the practice of resource sharing at the institutional, regional, > provincial or national level.
