This is a reminder of an upcoming conference that will help you to meet the HR challenges that will be faced by libraries with up to 50% of library professionals and workers expected to retire in the next five to eight years. The presenters at this two-day conference will demonstrate how to recruit and retain qualified people, initiate programs to develop needed skills and competencies within your organization and help you to understand the differing needs and career expectations of older and younger workers.
