QUALIFICATIONS: A University Degree or an equivalent combination of relevant post secondary studies and related experience. He/She will have extensive knowledge/experience in research and knowledge of adult/family learning programs, principles, and issues. Must have exceptional ability in the following: writing, interview, and communication skills, ability to work within time frame and project guidelines. Strong computer skills are required.
