The Canadian Library Association will convene its annual conference in Halifax, June 19-22, 2002. The conference planning committee has issued an invitation to the library and vendor community to send materials for inclusion in the conference registration kit, or for distribution at the Hospitality Desk.

This is a great opportunity for you to:

-Highlight programs and services to a national audience
-Contribute to the conference by providing in-kind donations of gifts for
delegates (e.g. notepads, T-shirts, mugs, candy, etc.)
-Attract information professionals to your conference exhibit or your company's website (e.g. keychains, pens, pencils, disposable cameras, mousepads, chocolates)

Estimated Delegates:  The estimated number of delegates is 1,000.

Cost for Inclusion:

If you are advertising a service or product that you sell, the charge for an insert is $500.00. Please contact the CLA for rates on other items. If you are not selling something, there is no charge.

One (1) copy or unit of the item you wish to have included in the registration package is to be sent as soon as possible to:
