Admission to both events is free. However, registration for the workshop
is required since it will be restricted to no more than 80 people. Phone

Dr. McClure will be making extensive reference to his book: Statistics and
Performance Measures for Public Library Networked Services (Chicago: ALA,
2000). Information about purchasing this volume will be available at the
workshop.
