Subject: [clacopyright] CLA Statement on Licenses with Access Copyright in Post-Secondary Institutions
CLA has issued a Statement on Licenses with Access Copyright in Post-Secondary Institutions. The statement highlights issues for consideration by institutions in determining whether they will sign a license. CLA urges administrators of post-secondary institutions to involve their academic librarians in exploring alternatives, and to develop strategies that reduce their reliance on blanket licensing.
