Dear colleagues,
The two newest members of faculty in the School of Information
Management (SIM) have both been honoured this year with research awards
from the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada.
Competition for these tax-supported research grants is tougher than ever
this year and so many kudos are due to Drs Anatoliy Gruzd and Vivian
Howard for their successes.
For information about Anatoliy's and Vivian's projects, please see

Queries about the research agendas of SIM faculty members are welcomed
at any time. In addition, we are always very interested to hear of the
research successes of our alumni and other professional colleagues. If
you have news of this nature that you would be willing to share in the
next issue of Inform, the School's newsletter, please send your
information to [log in to unmask], Inform's Editor.
With all best wishes, and renewed congratulations to Anatoliy and Vivian,
Fiona Black
